Is it safe to combine sea moss, shilajit, and ashwagandha in my routine? - #22217

I am trying to figure out if I can take sea moss and shilajit and ashwagandha together. So, I've been struggling with low energy and some stress lately, and a friend mentioned that these three could help. I mean, I've read a bit about them, but honestly, I still feel kinda confused! Like, I know sea moss is great for nutrients and all, but I've heard that shilajit is like this super rejuvenator. And ashwagandha, well, it’s supposed to help with stress, right? But that just makes me wonder, can I take sea moss and shilajit and ashwagandha together? What if they don't mix well? I don't want any weird side effects or anything. I'd rather not risk it! Also, can anyone tell me about dosage? Should I be worried about taking them at the same time or... is it doable? I just want to be healthy without messing things up! Please, any advice would be super helpful! Thanks a ton!
