I am trying to figure out the benefits of sugarcane to woman, like seriously. So, I've been feeling kinda sluggish lately, and I've heard that sugarcane can help with energy and stuff, right? I’m a busy mom and my days are just filled with chores and running after my kids. Sometimes I just feel like I have no energy left. I read some articles saying sugarcane can be good for hydration too, which sounds appealing since I always forget to drink water! I mean, do you guys think it’s true that benefits of sugarcane to woman include better skin and digestion? Like possibily even balancing hormones? My friend used it during her menstrual cramps, so I’m curious. I can’t help but wonder if I could just include sugarcane juice in my diet or something. Also, are there any side effects or is it totally safe? I’m trying to avoid too much processed sugar, ya know? So many questions about this sugarcane thing!
