I am trying to gain some weight, but it’s been a struggle for me. I used to be a pretty healthy eater and all, but lately, I feel like I need to get a little more serious about it. So, I’ve been researching different weight gain herbs but there’s just soooo much info. Like, I've heard about ashwagandha and some other herbs, but honestly, I don't really know how to use them properly? I’ve tried a few things, like adding ghee to my meals, but I’m not seeing changes, and it’s getting alil' frustrating. I just want to know if there are specific weight gain herbs that you all recommend. Do they actually work, or is it all talk? I read somewhere that some people mix them with smoothies or take them in capsules, but I’m skeptical about what's too much. I mean like, how much should I be taking? Should I start with small doses and then gradually increase or what? I mean, I just don’t want to overdo it, ya know? Also, do you think these weight gain herbs can have any side effects? I’m worried about that cause I have a few other health issues, and I really don’t want any nasty surprises. If you can share any tips or personal experiences, I’d really appreciate it! Just looking to hear what’s been working for real people, and if there’s any advice on how to combine them with a regular diet. Thanks!!
