I am really trying to bulk up and gain muscle, but it feels like I'm hitting a wall. I've been lifting weights and eating more protein but cant’ seem to make much progress. A friend mentioned that using herbs for muscle gain could really help, but I don’t know where to start. Like, what are the best herbs for muscle gain? I heards about Ashwagandha and its support for strength, but I'm not entirely sure how to incorporate herbs for muscle gain into my routine. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed by the whole process and it’s confusing, ya know? I've tried some protein powders that say incorporate herbs for muscle gain like fenugreek, but I'm not seeing any difference yet. I’m just looking for some advice or suggestions from anyone who has experience with this. Is it possible to see real results with just herbs for muscle gain or do I need to stick to what I’m already doing? I’m honestly open to any tips from you guys on how to really optimize my gains with herbs for muscle gain. I’m just trying to find the right approach without making it too complicated. Thanks a ton!!
