I am currently trying to get fit and eat more healthy, and recently I heared about ayurvedic protein powder from a friend who raves about it. So, I've been thinking, could this ayurvedic protein powder actually help me? Like, I struggle to find good sources of protein that don’t, you know, mess with my digestion or make me feel sluggish. Last week, I tried some whey protein and felt bloated the entire day! Ugh, so frustrating. I've read that ayurvedic protein powder could be different? All those herbs mixed in, does it really do anything or are they just saying that for marketing? I mean, my friend claims it helped her focus more during workouts and recover faster afterward which sounds great, right? But then again, I wonder if it might be just another fad, something like those juices that claim to detox your body. Also, if anyone tried ayurvedic protein powder, what did you think? Were there any side effects or any noticeable changes? Oh, and is it good for, like, people who aren’t used to this type of thing? I don’t want to throw my body into a loop or something. I'm also curious about the taste! I've heard it can be earthy or whatever, so if it clashes with, say, my morning smoothie, that could be a dealbreaker. So yeah, sorry for rambling, but could you guys share your insights on ayurvedic protein powder? I'm really eager to hear what you all think about its benefits and effects! Thanks a bunch!
