I am really confused about this whole Patanjali Gulab Sharbat thing. So, I recently went to a wedding where they served this drink, and I just loved the flavor! But then I read online it has health benefits like cooling the body and aiding digestion. My mom always told me that rose products are good for skin too, so I thought, why not try it? But now I'm not sure, can I use Patanjali Gulab Sharbat every day? Like, is it safe or could it cause any tummy issues? I kinda get acid reflux sometimes, and I don't wanna make it worse, ya know? Would love your thoughts!

Consuming it in the morning, after a light breakfast, might be most beneficial rather than on an empty stomach.

Always consider your unique prakriti (constitution) and any existing health conditions. If your ‘pitta’ is very high, rose water in moderation might be soothing, but those with heightened ‘kapha’ or high sugar levels should exercise caution due to the sugar content. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet and avoiding exacerbating factors for acid reflux, like spicy and oily foods, remains essential.

It would be a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor any recommendations further, especially considering your specific condition and lifestyle. Remember, while Ayurveda can be helpful, it’s important to not overlook any ongoing symptoms that could require medical attention, such as persistent heartburn.
