I am really curious about how to make amla juice because I’ve been hearing so much about its health benefits! So, last week, I decided to buy fresh amla from this local market, but I wasn't sure what to do next. I tried blending it with some water but didn’t get that smooth texture I was hoping for. Like, do I need to strain it? Also, I've read about adding ginger or honey, but I'm not quite sure of the ratios. How to make amla juice that actually tastes good?
