I am really confused about diet stuff lately. I’ve been trying to gain some weight since I’m feeling a bit underweight, but I just don’t know which dry fruit is best for weight gain. I read online that nuts are good but my friend mentioned dates are packed with calories too. I tried snacking on almonds and cashews, and those seem okay, but I wonder, like, which dry fruit is the best for weight gain? Is there a specific combo that works better? I don’t know, just feel lost with all the options and wanna do it right! Any thoughts?
