I am trying to lose some weight, and I've heard that jeera water can be really helpful. I've been thinking a lot about how to drink jeera water for weight loss, but I'm honestly kinda confused about the best way to do it. Like, I’ve tried boiling the jeera seeds and drinking that, but it didn't taste great and I almost gave up. A few days ago, I read that soaking them overnight might be better?? I really want to make this work because I've been struggling with my weight for a while now. What’s the right amount to use? How often should I drink it? Some friends told me to add lemon or honey, but then I wonder if that affects its benefits for weight loss? Also, should I drink it warm or can it be cold? I really wanna know how to drink jeera water for weight loss in a way that actually tastes good and is effective! Thanks for any tips!
