I am trying to figure out what to eat since my doctor told me I have a fatty liver a few weeks ago. It's been a bit overwhelming, ya know? I was always a fruit lover and bananas were my thing. But now I'm worried 'is banana good for fatty liver' or is it just more sugar that’ll hurt me? I mean, I usually had a banana with my breakfast or as a snack during the day, but now I'm doubting everything! I did some googling and found mixed info. Some sites say bananas are fine, while others suggest avoiding too much fruit due to the sugars, which feels confusing. I've also been feeling bloated and sluggish—maybe I’m just stressing too much about the whole thing? If bananas are a no-go, what other fruits could I have instead? I’m trying to eat healthier, but also I don’t want to miss out on my favorites. Any tips or personal experiences with this would be super helpful!!
