I am really confused about my dietary choices these days. A few months ago, I found out I have fatty liver, and my doctor suggested changing my eating habits. Lately, I keep hearing different opinions on what’s good to eat, and now I’m stuck wondering — is egg good for fatty liver? I’ve been trying to stick to a low-fat diet but eggs are a staple for me, especially for breakfast. Some friends say eggs are full of protein which is awesome for liver health, while others warn about cholesterol. Ugh!! I just can’t figure it out. I've tried looking up information, but everything seems so contradictory! Sometimes I feel like I’m walking a tightrope trying to manage my health, ya know? One minute I’m reading they help with liver regeneration and then I see something about keeping cholesterol in check. Should I ditch eggs altogether? Or maybe just limit them? Am I overthinking this?
