I am really trying to understand nutrition better. I've been eating more plant-based lately, and I heard that soya chunks are a great source of protein. My friend told me they were like magical little nuggets, full of protein! I looked into it and saw that people just rave about them, but then I thought... how much protein is actually in 100 grams of soya chunks? I’ve been feeling kinda weak and tired lately, and I thought upping my protein might help. I've tried to eat healthier, but there's just so much conflicting info out there! Some say 100 grams of soya chunks has like 50 grams of protein—like, woah, that sounds awesome! But then I read some things that say it's less than that? Like, what gives?
