I am really concerned about my health lately. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and include more plant-based proteins in my diet. A friend mentioned sattu, and I was super curious, so I've been looking into adding it to my meals. But I keep thinking, how much protein in 100 gm sattu? Like, is it actually worth it? Last week, I made a smoothie with sattu in it and felt great, but then I wasn’t sure if I was getting enough protein from it.
