I am really confused about when to consume shilajit. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really drained, you know? Like, I wake up tired even after sleeping what feels like a ton. A friend suggested shilajit because she's been raving about its benefits for energy and stamina. I got some from a local health store, but I just don’t know the best time to take it. Is it like morning or at night? I’ve heard different things, and honestly, I can’t afford to mess this up! Plus, I've read online that if taken wrong, you might not feel the benefits, which scares me a bit. Do I mix it with something or just take it straight? I tried it once in the morning with warm water, but I felt a bit nauseous after and went back to bed. 😩 Also, how long does it take to see any effects? I'm really hoping this helps boost my energy level. It’s like, I need a pick-me-up, but I have no clue when to consume shilajit for the best results. Help, please!
