I am really curious about something I've been wondering for a while now. I've been hearing mixed things about beer, like, some say it can be good for health and skin — but like, which beer is good for health and skin? Last week, I had this conversation with a friend who raved about how certain beers can boost your skin's glow and improve digestion, but then I heard another person say it's just a myth. I noticed after having a couple of craft beers at a local brewery, my skin felt kinda smooth, and I was like, huh, is there some truth to this? I just want to know, are there specific types of beers that are better for health and for skin? Not looking for anything too fancy, just something I could grab on a Friday night after a long week. Also, if anyone have advise on how much is too much or if it doesn’t really help at all — I kinda go back and forth on this! Like, where's the line between enjoying a drink and actually benefiting from it? Any insights would be really appreciated!
