I am really trying to figure out how much anjeer to eat daily because I’ve heard about its health benefits but, honestly, I'm kinda confused. Last month, I started feeling super tired and just out of energy all the time! My friend mentioned anjeer and how it can help boost energy levels, so I went ahead and bought a pack. But like, how much anjeer to eat daily? I’m 32 and I keep seeing mixed advice online, and now I just feel overwhelmed! I started with like 3-4 pieces a day but then read that might be too much. Do you think that’s too much anjeer to eat daily? Sometimes, I mix it in my smoothies or snack on it while working, but I keep worrying if I’m overdoing it. Last week, my stomach didn't feel great after I had a few extra, and I just don’t wanna mess up my digestive system or anything. Can someone share their experience or give guidance on how much anjeer to eat daily without overdoing it? Thanks a lot!
