I am really struggling with my weight, and I’ve tried a bunch of things, but nothing seems to work! A friend suggested I try adding chocolate into my diet, but I just don’t know which chocolate is best for weight gain. Like, I love chocolate; who doesn’t, right? But there’s just so many types out there! I’m kind of confused with the whole dark, milk, and white chocolate thing. I read that dark chocolate is healthier but then I hear it's not as calorie-dense as some others, so I don't really get how that fits in. I mean, I kinda want the extra calories because I’m trying to gain, not lose, you know? The other day I had this delicious milk chocolate bar and it was amazing, but again, which chocolate is best for weight gain? I feel like I’m just going in circles here. Should I be going for those fancy, high-calorie brands or just stick with what I love? Also, can I eat too much and it be bad? Help me figure this out, please!
