I am feeling kinda confused about this whole beetroot juice situation! I started drinking it because I heard it’s super healthy, but then I stumbled upon some info that got me worrying. Last week, I tried having beetroot juice in the morning on an empty stomach. The first time, it felt great, but the next day I got this weird bloated feeling—like, ugh! I read somewhere that can I drink beetroot juice in empty stomach is a mixed bag and that it can sometimes mess with your stomach if it's sensitive. Is it possible that drinking it on an empty stomach isn’t good for everyone? I've been trying to improve my diet lately, and I really want to know if I should stick to having beetroot juice in the morning at all. Could there be a better time to drink it? Should I pair it with something else or avoid it? Just looking for some guidance here since I keep hearing different things. Thanks for any advice!
