I am really curious if gond katira is good for weight loss. A few months ago, I started this journey to lose some weight since my doctor mentioned I should keep an eye on my health. I’ve been trying different diets, but honestly, nothing seems to stick. I heard about gond katira from a friend who swears by it. She said it helps her feel full faster and reduces cravings which sounds great but I guess I’m skeptical. Last week, I tried making a drink with gond katira and it was... interesting? The texture was kinda weird but I managed to choke it down. I noticed I wasn't as hungry after but was that just a fluke? Does gond katira really help with weight loss or is it just a hype? I mean, how much should a person actually take for it to be effective? And are there any side effects I need to worry about? Hope this isn’t too many questions but I’d really appreciate any insight on this! 🌱

Remember, Ayurvedic approach is holistic — it’s about finding balance between diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies like gond katira. It can be beneficial part of your weight loss toolkit if done correctly, but always listen to your body’s response to it.
