I am really struggling to figure out which dalia is best for diabetics. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and let me tell you, it was a wake-up call. The doctor told me to watch my carb intake and focus on healthier options, so I started looking into different foods, especially grains. I stumbled upon dalia, but since there are so many types, I’m confused! I tried the fine variety last week, and my blood sugar spiked a bit, which freaked me out. My friend suggested coarse dalia might be better because it’s higher in fiber and could help manage my blood sugar better. What do you guys think? Which dalia is best for diabetics? Should I stick to the coarse one, or is there another kind that I’m missing out on? Been reading up, but all this info is overwhelming! Do any of you have experiences or recommendations on this whole dalia thing? I want to make sure I'm eating right without making things worse!
