I am dealing with some weird health issues lately and I keep hearing about this term, "what is magaj"? I visited a doctor and they mentioned something about dietary changes. My diet has been pretty heavy on junk food, especially since I’ve been home working non-stop during the pandemic. I feel sluggish and at times, my focus is just totally off! One friend told me magaj is some kind of nut or seed, but I really don’t get it. Is it supposed to help with energy or brain function?
