I am really confused about my diet lately. Last week, I tried jackfruit for the first time, and wow, it was super interesting! But then my friend told me that you can't eat jackfruit and curd together because it could create stomach issues or something. Now, I'm worried because I had both of them in my smoothie bowl – I'm hoping I didn't mess up! I mean, the combo seemed really good at the time, but now I'm second-guessing. I’m not feeling bad or anything, but I have slight bloating maybe? Is that a sign that I violated some food rule that's out there? Can we eat jackfruit and curd together or not? I thought Ayurveda was all about balance, and I want to make sure I’m gonna be okay. Maybe I’m overthinking this whole thing, but I keep seeing varying opinions online. Also, if you guys think it’s a bad idea, what am I supposed to do with the leftover jackfruit? Like it’s not cheap! Hope it's not too late. Really appreciate any tips on this!!
