I am really confused about what is pitta body type. I always thought I had a capricorn body type, but I started looking into Ayurveda lately, and every sign kinda seems to fit me differently at times! Anyway, I’ve been having these crazy digestion issues and I'm sweating like this waterfall all the time, even in the winter. Friends joke that I could be a human sauna, lol. I read that you can have a pitta body type and that they often have these sorta fiery tendencies, right? But then why does my skin flare up with rashes when I eat spicy foods? And how can I tell if I truly identify with pitta or maybe it’s just some phase? Would changing my diet to balance this pitta body type make a huge difference? Are there specific foods and remedies I could try? I tried cutting back on caffeine, but honestly, that feels impossible. Anyone have tips or suggestions on dealing with pitta?
