I am really struggling with weight loss and came across this medohar guggulu thing. I’ve read a bit about how to take medohar guggulu for weight loss, but honestly, I’m still confused. Just last week, I started feeling super sluggish and gained about 10 pounds in just a couple weeks! Not sure if it’s stress or my diet, but something needs to change. I tried some exercise, but it’s hard to stay motivated. A friend told me that medohar guggulu could help, but I’m not clear on the dosage or how to take medohar guggulu for weight loss properly. Do I take it before meals or after? And for how long should I be taking it? I saw one site say 1-2 tablets twice a day, but that seems like a lot? Any tips would really help! Also, are there any side effects I should look out for? Like, I read somewhere it can cause stomach upset, but I’ve got enough issues as it is! Just feeling kinda lost over here, any guidance would be really appreciated!
