I am really confused about something and hope you guys can help. Recently, I started having curd at night before bed, trying to be a little healthier. But, I noticed that after eating curd, I feel super drowsy. I mean, does curd make you sleepy??! My mom always said it was good, but now, it’s like I can't keep my eyes open even if it’s only 8 PM. Last night, I had a decent portion of curd with some fruit and an hour later, I was struggling to stay awake on the couch! I also read somewhere that curd is packed with nutrients and it's supposed to be good for digestion. I don’t know, maybe it's just me? I used to feel more energized after meals, not ready to crash. Should I stop eating curd at night or is there a balance? Does curd make you sleepy for everyone, or do people react differently? I seem to remember my friend joking that she felt the same way too, but is it normal?? Thanks in advance for any insights!
