I am really confused about my diet lately because I was just diagnosed with fatty liver, and I’ve heard so much conflicting info! My doctor mentioned a bunch of things about **what not to eat in fatty liver** but honestly, it’s hard to remember it all with my busy life. Like, I've been trying to cut down on sugar and processed foods—that makes sense, right? But I went out to eat last week and ended up having this creamy pasta dish... now I feel terrible, thinking I messed up even more. I also need to know about oils; are there specific kinds to avoid? I heard something about fried things and how they’re super bad for fatty liver!! What about fruits? Should I cut out bananas or something? I feel like I’m walking on eggshells with my food choices, and it's stressing me out! Can you guys tell me exactly **what not to eat in fatty liver**? I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right. Ugh, just too many questions, but I wanna get it under control!
