I am really confused about what should we eat in breakfast lately! Every morning I wake up feeling kinda sluggish and just blah, and my usual toast and jam isn’t cutting it anymore. I heard somewhere that breakfast is super important, but I want to make better choices. My friend suggested oats, but then I read that too much can be bad for digestion. Ugh! It's frustrating! I tried having smoothies but ended up feeling hungry again within an hour. Is there something that could keep me full longer? Like, what should we eat in breakfast that doesn’t just give me a quick energy spike? Also, I’ve been thinking of adding more protein but I’m not sure if eggs are the best option every day. Like, are there easy recipes or ideas for what should we eat in breakfast that are still quick? Sometimes I just grab a banana and go, but I’m wondering if that’s really enough. Would love any tips you all have! Thanks!!
