I am really trying to figure out how to make ashwagandha powder because I've heard so much about its benefits lately. My friend started taking it and feels super energized, like she's a new person! I had a bit of stress lately with work and honestly, I just want to try something natural to help me out. I read online that ashwagandha can help with stress and even improve sleep. But I’m not sure where to start. I found some roots at a local shop, but like, how to make ashwagandha powder from this stuff? Should I dry it first or something?
