I am really trying to figure out how to use triphala churna for weight loss. Like, I’ve been struggling with my weight for a while now. I tried every diet under the sun and nothing sticks. A friend mentioned triphala churna, and honestly, I’m curious but confused about how to even start! I mean, I’ve read that it helps with digestion and detox, but how does that translate to weight loss? Do I just mix it with water, or should I add it to foods? And how much should I be taking daily? I’ve seen different suggestions online! Last week, I mixed it with honey and warm water, which was kinda okay but I’m not sure if that’s right. Also, I’ve noticed some bloating lately (like, is that normal?) since I started taking it. Should I be doing anything else like changing my diet or excercise routine along with the triphala churna? Any advice would really help me, thanks!
