I am really trying to figure out when to take triphala churna for weight loss. Lately, I've been feeling so sluggish and a bit heavier than I’d like to be. My friend suggested triphala churna after she had success with it, plus it’s supposed to be good for digestion, which is another issue I’ve been dealing with. I’ve tried a few diets but nothing seems to stick, u know? I read that triphala churna could help, but I'm confused about the timing. Like, should I take it in the morning on an empty stomach, or before meals, or just when I feel bloated? I’ve been mixing it with warm water, but it doesn't feel like I’m doing it right. Some days I take it after breakfast and other days before dinner, and I’m just not sure. The more I google “when to take triphala churna for weight loss,” the more confused I get! Anyone have tips or personal experiences to share? Would really appreciate some guidance!
