Refined oils and dairy and poultry - #25662

Do we have to stop using all refined oils cos frm my childhood we r using refined sunflower oil, switching to cold or hot pressed ground oil helps in insulin resistance or pcos? Psoriasis patients aren’t suppose to eat non veg and dairy? Eating chicken once in a while also not allowed?

It’s better to stop/reduce non beg and better to avoid dairy products in psoriasis and pcos patients. Because in both conditions we Mainely focuses on LIVER DETOXIFICATION, so while taking too much of non veg and and dairy products, we are again putting overload to Liver, which is against the treatment method. So better please Avoid those items. In case of refined oil also this fat deposition in liver matters.
