People keep saying, "is it good to eat curd in morning?" and honestly, I don't know what to think. Last week, I started my day with a bowl of curd mixed with fruits because it sounded refreshing and healthy, but then my friend said it can actually be heavy on the stomach if eaten early. That kinda made me wonder if I should be eating it or not. I also heard that curd has benefits for digestion and health, but then there’s this whole debate over timing and stuff. Like, is it truly harmful to eat curd in morning or is it just a myth? I sometimes feel bloated after eating it, and I’m not sure if it’s from eating curd or just me.
