I am wondering, can we eat honey at night? Last week, I stayed up late finishing some work, and I found myself craving something sweet. I remembered hearing about honey's health benefits, so I took a spoonful. But then I started freaking out a bit about whether it was a good idea. I mean, some folks say honey can help with sleep, right? But others claim it can mess with your sleep cycle if you eat it too late. I usually have trouble snoozing sometimes, and I thought, “Should I have avoided the honey?” I didn't notice any immediate weird effects, but I don't know if that means it’s okay or not. My diet's been more focused on natural stuff lately, and I'm just trying to figure out if honey fits into that, especially at night. Like, can we eat honey at night without it causing problems? Anyone have personal experience or advice? Thanks!!
