Best medicine with low cost is there any for these 2 problems. I take lukol.Chandraprabhavati and gokshuraadi guggul. But still problem is there. WillIhave to take lifetime medicine? Please help. Idon'twant to take lifetimemedicine

Hello Sristi, First of all , if you’re taking guggul then please chew and crush it within your teeth . A lot of people take guggul the wrong way . Secondly, take authentic chandraprabha vati 2 tablets 3 times a day . Nothing less than this would work in your case . Third , for urine incontinence practice yoga . It reduces urinary incontinence by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and improving bladder control. Practice poses like Malasana , Warrior Pose, and Uttanapadasana , along with pranayama.
