Given your complex medical history and current symptoms, a careful approach is required for weight loss and reducing discomfort like the tingling in your feet. The sugar cravings you’re experiencing may be linked to a Vata and Kapha dosha imbalance which is often aggravated by stress or hormonal changes from your surgeries such thyroidectomy and hysterectomy.

To address sugar cravings and support digestion, first focus on stabilizing your Vata with a balanced daily routine. Start your day with a warm glass of water with lemon to cleanse the system. Follow this with a light breakfast that can include oatmeal or cooked quinoa with a sprinkle of cinnamon as it helps reduce cravings.

For managing weight and enhancing metabolism, it is important to optimize your Agni or digestive fire. One simple way is sipping warm ginger-infused water throughout the day. This can aid in digestion and help kick start your metabolism. Eating your largest meal at lunch when your agni is strongest can help.

Your diet should be predominately warm, lightly spiced, and freshly-prepared foods. Emphasize on having whole grains, and vegetables like carrots, beetroot, and leafy greens, which can pacify both Kapha and Vata. Minimize cold, raw foods, and heavy meals especially in the evening.

Adequate fiber in diet can help reduce sugar cravings such as incorporating psyllium husk in your diet which helps in smooth bowel movements. For tingling feet, daily foot massages with warm sesame oil can improve circulation.

Additionally, regular exercise prescribed should be gentle but consistent. Daily walks or yoga sessions can improve circulation, aid in weight loss and balance both body and mind. Avoid strenuous activities that may worsen Vata imbalances.

Do consult a healthcare professional to monitor blood sugar levels and thyroid function which are intertwined with your metabolic health. While Ayurvedic approaches can be beneficial, ensure they are in alignment with any allopathic treatment you may also be receiving.

To address weight reduction and other symptoms like sugar cravings and tingling feet, let’s consider a Siddha-Ayurvedic approach that takes into account your post-surgical history and current condition. Firstly, the sugar cravings and weight challenges may relate to an imbalanced kapha dosha and possibly vitiation in your agni, the digestive fire. This can happen especially after surgeries like thyroidectomy and hysterectomy, impacting hormonal balance and metabolism.

Start with a daily routine that helps pacify kapha and regulates agni. Begin your day with a glass of warm water infused with lemon and a pinch of dry ginger. This practice can aid digestion and encourage metabolism. Regular physical activity, like brisk walking for 30 minutes, is essential daily to stimulate circulation, crucial given the tingling in your feet.

Dietary adjustments should include foods that are light and easy to digest. Favor warm, cooked meals over raw or cold foods. Incorporate spices like black pepper, cumin, and mustard seeds, which can help activate your metabolic fire. Limit sugar intake by replacing refined sugar with natural sweeteners like jaggery or honey, but use them sparingly too.

For the feet tingling, gentle massage with warm sesame oil can improve blood flow and alleviate discomfort. Do this twice a day if possible. Considering your surgeries, it’s wise to check your blood sugar levels and thyroid function regularly with medical professionals to ensure these are well-managed alongside Ayurvedic practices.

It’s imperative to consult a healthcare provider about ongoing insulin or thyroid-related concerns. If your symptoms worsen or if you feel unwell, seek medical assistance promptly. While Ayurveda offers valuable help, some conditions require immediate modern medical intervention.
