I am really at my wits end here! I started takin Himalaya Abana Tablets a few weeks ago to help with my weight management. At first, I was excited. I heard so many good things about the Himalaya Abana Tablets, and thought they would really help get my metabolism going. But now I’m kinda having second thoughts. I've been feeling super bloated and even a little nauseous sometimes, which I don't recall feeling before. Like, I’ll eat a simple meal and then boom! Uncomfortable! I read somewhere that Himalaya Abana Tablets are supposed to be gentle, but I don’t know anymore. I also had a blood test done recently, and everything seemed normal, but my energy levels have been super low. Anyone else had similar experiences with Himalaya Abana Tablets? Did they get better with time? I tried to follow the dosage instructions carefully, but I keep worrying if I'm taking them the right way. Should I mix them with anything or take them on an empty stomach? I'm just looking for some first-hand advice here before I decide if I should keep goin with this or if I need to chuck 'em. Thanks!
