U am a 25 years old girl u have done my blood test and found my iron level is 22 and hemoglobin is 7.1 also myserum globulin is 3.6 and my urine is cloudy in nature what will o do please suggest.i am a working girl and feel dizziness and fatigue all time of the day.i always want to sleep not want to do anything because my body doesn’t alllow this

After that to maintain your Hb levels and Iron levels take

Tab. Mandur Vatak 1 tab twice a day with Amla Juice.

Include beetroot, pomegranate, papaya, Ragi millet, black eyed beans (chauli), leafy vegetables, soaked black rasines, dates, figs, roasted channa dal (phutana), peanuts .

If possible cook food in cast iron vessels.

Consume 10gms of jaggery daily.
