I am really confused about how to drink apple cider vinegar because I've heard so many things about it lately! A friend recommended it for digestion, so I thought I'd give it a try. But I tried just taking a spoonful the other day and wow, it was sooo harsh! I felt like my throat was on fire! 😩 The bottle says to dilute it, but how much water should I use? Like a teaspoon? A tablespoon? Or more!? Sometimes I think I taste it in my stomach for hours after, and I read somewhere that it can erode teeth enamel if not done right. Is that true? Also, I—I usually mix it with honey for taste, but sometimes I’m worried it might mess up the benefits or something? I’m kind of scared I’m not doing it right and will just end up causing more harm than good. My mom said some people can even mix it with warm water or lemon, but I’m not sure how to drink apple cider vinegar in a way that’s effective without all these issues. Best way to go? Any advice? Would love to hear what others do before I keep trying this! Thanks!
