I am really confused about this whole sugar cane juice thing, like is sugar cane juice good for health or not? Last week, I tried it for the first time at a local market. The vendor kept saying it’s packed with vitamins and minerals, which sounded awesome at the moment. I mean, it tasted great and was super refreshing, especially in this heat!
