I am really trying to figure out how to consume apple cider vinegar for weight loss because I've heard so many good things about it, but honestly, I’m a bit lost. A few months ago, I decided to get serious about my health after feeling really sluggish all the time. I started watching what I eat and even added some workouts into my routine. The other day, I read somewhere that apple cider vinegar can help with weight loss, but I have no idea how to consume apple cider vinegar for weight loss effectively. I tried mixing it with water and honey but the taste made me gag a little, and I’ve even read that drinking it straight is no good for your teeth. I’m feeling like I need a plan or something. A friend mentioned taking it before meals but I keep forgetting, or I drink it and feel weird later like it upsets my stomach? I dunno. How are others using it? Should I be taking it at a certain time of day? What’s the best way how to consume apple cider vinegar for weight loss without feeling sick?
