I am really confused about when to eat dry fruits. I’ve heard so much about the health benefits, but honestly, I don’t know if I'm doing it right. Like, I started snacking on them throughout the day, but now I’m wondering if that’s, like, the best way to go about it. Last week, I had this really intense craving for something sweet after lunch, and I grabbed a handful of almonds and dates, thought they would help with my energy, you know? But then I felt kinda heavy afterwards. And I read online somewhere that they’re best eaten on an empty stomach? If that's true, when to eat dry fruits really matters! I also tried to switch it up, like adding them to my morning oatmeal or smoothie, but I’m not sure if that's the right timing either.
