I am really confused about whether we can drink pineapple juice at night. A few nights ago, I had a pretty rough day and thought I'd treat myself to a cold glass of pineapple juice before bed. It felt refreshing, but then I started wondering if that was a good idea? Like, is pineapple juice at night gonna mess with my digestion or something?
