Advice on Using Bacopa, Triphala, and Ashwagandha Powders - #37194

I am trying to use more powders than capsules. I want to buy bacopa and triphala powder to help with memory and constipation. Along with ashwaghanda powder. Can you advise how and when and what combinations are ok to take. What time of day and such. Could it be with warm milk? Any combinations to stay away from?
