I am really struggling with how to drink beetroot juice properly. I tried it a few times but honestly, it's kind of tough for me to get down. 🚫 I'm not used to the taste, you know? A little background: I recently read about all the health benefits of beetroot juice and thought, "Why not give this a shot?" But when I made it yesterday, it was super earthy, and I couldn't finish that glass. 🤢 I mixed it with some apple and ginger to help with the flavor, but still, ughh! I feel like I need some advice on how to drink beetroot juice without it being such a chore. Like, I’ve read that it’s good for blood pressure and stamina, but if I'm not able to enjoy the juice, what's the point?🥴 Am I missing something here? Should I be mixing it with something else? Or are there tricks to make it more palatable? Maybe chill it? I don’t know, guys! How to drink beetroot juice while actually liking it? Is there a recommended way or amount? Help me out before I give up on this healthy endeavor! 🙏
