I am trying to figure out how to use shilajit resin because my friend swears by it and says it changed her life. I’ve been feeling pretty run down lately, like no energy at all, plus I get these weird aches after working out but have no where to turn. She brought me some of her shilajit and explained how powerful it is for boosting energy and recovery. I mean, she even told me it helped with her digestion, which I could def use too given that my stomach has been a bit upset lately. She showed me how to use it by diluting a tiny bit in warm water but not sure if that's the best way?? I tried it, but honestly, it was kind of hard to dissolve, and I was left with this sticky mess at the bottom of my cup. I think I got the dosage wrong too, like, how do you even measure a small amount of resin?! Can anyone share tips on how to use shilajit resin the right way? Do I just take it with plain water or mix it in smoothies or something? Or is there a specific time of day that’s better for taking it? And what kinda effects should I expect after starting? I really wanna make this work, but I feel lost right now!
