I am really struggling with this whole body heat thing lately. Like, the other day, I was just sitting at my desk, trying to work, and I felt this overwhelming heat creeping up on me. It was so annoying! I've noticewd that sometimes certain foods or drinks make it even worse, ugh! Friends have been suggesting herbal teas and stuff, but I really just want to know which juice is good for body heat specifically. Somehow, the other day, my cousin mentioned that watermelon juice might help, but I’m like, are there other juices? I'm also kinda lethargic these days, and I’ve been chugging lots of cold drinks, thinking that will fix it all— but it feels more like a temporary bandaid rather than a real solution, ya know? I feel lost and like I can't figure it out on my own. So, what's the deal? Which juice is good for body heat? Is there a specific recipe or blend that works best? I just wanna cool down and feel better overall without relying on ice-cold drinks that only keep me chill for a moment. Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks!
