I am really curious about beetroots and if can we eat beetroot daily? I’ve started a health kick lately, trying to incorporate more veggies into my diet, and I've fallen in love with beets. I mean, they are such a sweet and earthy addition to my salads! Just last week, I made this beetroot salad with feta and walnuts that was sooo good. But then I started thinking — can I eat beetroot daily without any issues? Sometimes I wonder if that might be too much of a good thing, especially since I read that they can affect blood pressure. I’ve also been feeling kind of funny after having them regularly. Like a bit of stomach bloating or something, which is annoying. I know they’re packed with nutrients and very good for you, right? But still, what’s the limit here? Would like to know if there's any downside to having beetroot daily and whether it could interact with anything else, you know, like medications or other foods? I really don’t want to mess up this health journey I’m on. Thanks in advance for any insights!
