I am kinda confused about something. I’ve been trying to eat healthy, ya know? And I started adding chia seeds to my smoothies and oatmeal every morning, but now I’m hearing different things about them. Some folks say they’re really healthy, great source of omega-3s and all that, but I also heard that is chia seeds heat for body? This has me worried because in the summer, I tend to feel really warm and uncomfortable, and honestly, I don’t need anything making that worse! Last week, I even noticed I was more prone to feeling hot after my breakfast with chia seeds – like, my face was kinda flushed. I thought maybe it was just the weather or something, but now I’m wondering if it's the chia seeds. I mean, is this a thing? Are there any specific signs I should look for before eating more? My friend told me they can be great for digestion too, but I just don’t want to raise my body heat. Should I just stick to them during cooler months or is there a way to balance it? Ugh, just trying to get a clear answer here!
