I am really confused about whether we can eat pineapple in empty stomach. I’ve read different things online and, honestly, I just don’t know who to believe anymore. Last week, I had this super intense craving for pineapple, but I was worried. You see, I usually have a pretty sensitive stomach, and sometimes certain fruits kinda upset it. Someone told me that can we eat pineapple in empty stomach might not be good due to how acidic it is, but it’s not all bad, right?
