I am really confused about this whole chia seeds and sabja seeds thing! Recently, I started my weight loss journey and came across both. They say both are good, but which is better for weight loss? I tried having chia seeds in my morning smoothie and I felt full for longer, but then I read somewhere that sabja seeds (aka basil seeds) can be more beneficial because they're supposed to help with digestion, which might be key for shedding pounds, right? Last week, I was at this health store and bought both types. I made pudding with chia seeds but ended up eating too much because they tasted so good! Then, I tried soaking sabja seeds in water for a drink, and it felt refreshing but also I kind of wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. I read somewhere that chia seeds expand in water, which might help but then sabja seeds are said to have a cooling effect, which seems great for hot weather. I don't know! I’m just wondering if I should stick with just one or mix them together? Honestly, which is better for weight loss in general? Any advice would be super helpful, I really wanna make the most out of this journey! Thanks!
